Angioma and Chiari Patient

Angioma and Chiari Patient

Hi!
Just wanted to introduce myself, in case my story could help others!  I have 34 and I have had two brain surgeries!  In 2006 I had been suffering from severe head pain that would just shoot through me.  When my vision started to blur I thought it best to see a doctor about it.  MRI later and a bit of a panic they found a large cavernous angioma on my right frontal lobe.  this had been slowly bleeding, there was old and new blood and it had to be removed.  That was taken out Mar of 06.
Except I didn't feel better!  New things started happening and each time I would see my dr they would focus on the angioma site!  Missing the back of the brain which later was found with Chiari malformation.  surgery for that occurred Nov of 09.
NOW....pressure headaches have cramped my style.  I now wait to see if I'll need a shunt placed in!
any questions, feel free to ask!
