Anxious. Dont know what is going on with internal shaking
I have been having v weird symptoms. All developed in last 2 months or so. Some numbness in fingers. Then some vertigo. Finally having weird internal vibrations. Mostly concentrated in back of my neck and shoulders. Vibrations and tremling is now in whole body for last week. Sometimes I get muscle spasms in neck.
MRI (brain, cervical, Lumbar) .......... Normal (no issues)
Blood Test : Lyme, Lupus................Normal
B12 (206) On low side but ok
Thyroid............................................Ok ( I have hypothyroid slight for years) but managing with synthroid fine.
Electrolytes....................................Normal, including calcium and glucose
Internal shaking is driving me crazy. Medical Terminology is confusing. I do feel muscle twitches now and then but vibrations are there 24/7 for no apparent reason. My posture is bad at computers for last 10 years. Get the earthquake feeling when I sit long on computer. Weird Zaps. Then when I go to sleep I have vibrations and sometime twitches.
Please help. I am going insane... No more tests left.
