Any Doctor, please read. I have a cranial bone tumor and some questions

I'm a 30 yr old male with a left supraorbital bone tumor of unknown type.  It's 3.5 x 2.4 cm and remains unchanged since its discovery 3 years ago.  Here are some MRI images:

I would like to see if you could tell me your best guesses of what this is and would my symptoms possibly go away if I had it removed.
(Of course I know this is complex, but I only ask for your best opinion based on the information here).

My clinical exam is totally normal...Cranial nerves, dilated eye exam, visual fields,  and the rest of my MRI is apparently normal except for this tumor.
I also had a Nuclear Bone Scan which demonstrated "intense focal uptake" just at the site of this particular lesion, and I had an EEG  3 years ago which had some vague mention of Delta wave slowing.

My symptoms have been constant headache (deep, dull pressure, and tightness in my forehead) x 5 years, seriously worsening symptoms (became truley disabling) 3 years ago.
Most recently, I feel like I may faint (depersonalization and derealization, faintness, anxiety) most of the time actually, due to so much pressure in my head, but I've never actually fainted.   I had a cardiac workup just in case, and it was normal.  I also experience brief 5-10 second episodes of very intense depersonalization and confusion, to where people's voices sound unintelligible and I am very confused with extreme anxiety, but still somehow maintain some control.
I can easily describe the apparent psychological manifestion by comparing it to the way you feel at the dentist when given Nitrous Oxide,  the feeling I have is identical, and it rarely improves at all.   I have cognative difficulties associated with this such as mental uncoordination and difficulty focusing mentally on following written directions.
Could this I describe be a possible sign from this supraorbital brain compression?

What have I described that is consistent with this tumor?  (constant head pressure, depersonalization syndrome, brief attacks of confusion and severe anxiety).

Any other comments?
Thanks for you time.

Hi there,

This may be a silly question but is this considered a brain tumor? I'm not so familiar with this. If so you might post on the Brain Tumor forum as well. I'll say a prayer for you as well.
Hope you find the anwers you are looking for.

I just said a prayer for you that you will be healed of this.  My three year old was sitting beside me and wanted to see your picture, so we opened our post.
May God bless you and heal you and restore you.
