Any relief?

Is there anything natural that might help relieves the pain of this headache that never goes away.  It changes in
severity but never a day or minute goes by that my head doesn't hurt.  All tests came back normal.  No doctor has been able to find a cause, or any medicine that will help. Is there anything anyone knows of that you could get out of a healthfood store that might help.  Willing to try anything.  My headache has been with me since June 2008.  I need
help.

Have u tried acupuncture? massage therapy? there are other non traditional therapies u could try.
