Anyone else have this?Pinched nerve???

Hi Mt PCA referred me to a neurosurgan. I dont want to waste his time so here are my MRI results-C5-6Moderate defuse disc bulgeingw/small central disc protrusion flatting the anterior margain of the spinal cord-small amount of CSF still presantanterior/posterior to cord. Mild los od disc height-minn.nawwowing of Neuroforman.
C6-7 Mild loss of disc height-modete defussed disc bulgeing eccentric into the LT paracentral regain-Aloso low signal soft tissue posterior to C6 vertebral body extending C5 to C7w/ signal simularto the discs this maybe subligamentous disc extrusion emianiting from both discs-moderate narrowing od central canal at C6-7w/ small amount of CSF mild LT facet hypertrophy Mild narrowing of neuroforaman none on RT neuroforman
Moderate degenitive disc disease C5-C7 broard bases buldgeing and extrusion superiorly from C6-7 causein moderate narrowing of central canel between 2 levels.
Ok here the thing-ive had shoulder arm numbness for 3+yrs w/sharp pains- I have lost most of my strength in lt arm and have "cold headaches" and straiting of c spine. I am numb in arms and have a constant headache. If this is a pinched nerve why see a neuo sugan?  Is it because of bone spurs?  
I just want to be a mom(ride bikes throw a ball) and show our horses this year I am very frustrated! Any help would be great!  Thank you! Michelle

Am I posting in the wrong area? Has anyone herd of this?? Im just looking to see if anyone else has had this or knows about it.  This is my second time trying this site and im feeling very frustratied. Should I post somewere else?? Should i pay the $5 dollrer for a answer? Im hesatent about that b/c my card # was stollon before. Sorry too vent -Have a great day!
