Arachnoid Cyst Symptoms

Hi

I've been diagnosed with an arachnoid cyst on my right acoustic nerve and I have been having vertigo symptoms constantly since the beginning of September. I am going in for VNG/VEMP testing next week but I do have "visual snow" which is like a migraine aura and I'm wondering if this could be MAV? Does anyone know if Migraine-associated vertigo can cause 24/7 symptoms for MONTHS? It is pretty unrelenting. The fact that it is constant makes me believe that the cyst is putting pressure on that nerve, thus causing my constant symptoms. I know that people say they hardly ever cause symptoms, but I find that hard to be true.

I also have tiny little muscle twitches in my calves and tingling in the bottom of my feet. Could this be caused by a cyst and/or migraine? I'm having very difficult time with all this and I am trying to pin point what is causing my symptoms. Hopefully, this further testing will help. Any insight would be great.
