Are brain tumors or brain cancer genetic?

I am a 47 year old female. On my fathers side three people, including my dad have been diagnosed with brain cancer. On my mothers side my grandmother died of brain cancer. For the past three years I have been having migraine's, head aches which have went from a couple times a month to three or four days a week. I have had no injuries to my head. I've had three MRI's and two CT scans. The MRI's came back negative, the CT scan shows that I have a broken and misplaced bone in my septum area and a growth in my upper right sinus. Some symptoms I experience are plugged ears that won't "pop", blood from ear, blood from nose, eyes crossing during severe headaches (15 minutes has been the longest episode), blurred vision, nausea, constipation and or the opposite. My energy level has decreased over 50%. I have asked various doctors if I could have a tumor in my brain and I have been assured that brain tumors do not hurt. I had my eyes checked by an eye doctor and he found hardening of the arteries behind my eyes. I am having a rhinoplasty in 7 days to remove the broken bone and growth in my sinus cavity. My hope is that this will stop my symptoms. Are brain tumors genetic and can your head hurt if you have one? If this surgery isn't the answer for me, where do I turn next? Thank you.
