Are my symptoms consistent with pudendal nerve damage?

I have been suffering with pain since mid-September.  Initially, the pain just "appeared" one morning upon awakening. It was in the area of the clitoris and felt like I had worn tight pants for too long of a time (which I had not).  The pain subsided somewhat in a couple of days and I resumed trying to do my "work out" on the treadmill.  I had recently been doing more of an intense workout with intervals (running at about 6 mph/walking at 4 mph) for 30-45 minutes.  When I began the running portion of my workout, I felt an intense pain in my buttock/vaginal area.  Almost two months later, I am still suffering with intermittent pain.  Sitting hurts (sometimes) as does walking (sometimes).  The pain radiates between my clitoris, my vagina, my rectum, my left buttocks, and down the inside of my left thigh.  I feel no real relief trying the toilet seat test that some documentation says will diagnose pudendal nerve damage, Is it possible that sometimes pudendal nerve damage will cause severe pain when walking?  I feel as if my insides are about to drop out sometimes when I try to take a walk.  However, sometimes I have no real problems and am able to walk for up to an hour.  Running is NOT an option, anymore, though.

P.S. I had a total hysterectomy four years ago due to adenomyosis.  I have not sought any medical treatment yet.  I kept thinking I had just temporarily injured myself and the symptoms would resolve.  HELP!  Where should I start?
