Are these things related?

I have narcolepsy, vertigo, and recently added is peripheral neuropathy. I've had an MRI and a boat-load of test run, but other that the forenamed problems, there is nothing else...no link. Is there anyone that has these thing and has been diagnosed with something else that triggered them, like an autoimmune disorder or something. I'm frustrated that I'm only 29 and have so much wrong already. Also, the bottom of my sine is curved ti the right instead of toward the front. Not sure if that means anything other than I have back pain all the time.

Hi.  I have vertigo + sensory motor polyneropathy.  I am going to see my neuro tomorrow.  This will be my first visit with my neurologist since having a NCV that confirms sensory motor polyneuopathy.  Hoping to get an idea of what might be going on.
