Arm ache

by tee13, Apr 13, 2009 12:16PM
I've been experiencing soreness in my right arm for about 3 weeks now. I'll be seeing a docter this week. But,maybe you could give me some insight in the meantime. The discomfort is concentrated around the forearm, more behind my elbow, and up into my bicep area. I work on a computer encoding info onto cards and I've always favored my right arm. I've gone easy the last couple of weeks so as not to strain my arm too much and I also rub my arm down with mineral ice at night. I get relief and it feels better than what it did before. But,it's still irritating. Almost like a dull toothache. I think it could be muscle fatigue due to my repetitive use of my arm and I'm hoping it's only that. Maybe you could give me a little insight.
