My dad recently started complaining about pulling sensation (like some one is pulling his arms) that starts in left arm and gradually moves on to the right arm. This is happening every other night and is currently hospitalized. He is 62 years old and is diabetic. He had a bypass surgery last month.
His neurologist did some tests for stroke, clots, paralysis and seizures and all came negative and they are unable to diagnose the cause. When this happens, he is very restless and almost unconscious. This happened couple nights ago and he was shifted from his room to ICU and he was not even aware that he was shifted to ICU. I will sincerely appreciate if any one can help or put me in the right direction to diagnose the problem. Please help.
