Arrrggghhh...could anyone take a peek at a MRI?

I have been battling since 2009 with my dr's office to assist with finding out WHAT the HECK is going on!!  The radiologist that read both Thoracic and Lumbar MRI's , that they are normal. I am NOT making up the LEFT sided "tingling", pain, etc. Had episode in Feb that I was taken to hospital and admitted. They either said it was a TIA or "complex hemiparegic migraine syndrome." They did not find any active bleed or clot. Did MRI, MRA, EEG, Angio  - per the hospital radiologist - all normal. Saw neurologist for 5 minutes on the last of the the 5 days in the hospital and she then told me it was either TIA or migraine syndrome. I have had increasing pain in my mid back level (T10-11-12). Off and on motor control for both hands - will just randomly drop items. Horrible mood variations... can be laughing one minute then crying the next, memory loss, inability to focus. (Saw psychiatrist about 2 yrs ago when all of this started  for the memory loss and inability to focus and forgetfull.- was told I had Adult ADHD, depression, anxiety - Started on adderall (adderrall) xr, zoloft - not working....) So here I am now, after spending the last 4 hours in my dr's office getting more "tests"  ! Very frustrated and worn out not to mention the pain in my back, hips and Left leg.

  Hi...I can see u had a lot of testing done already, but have u ever had a MRI of the cervical spine and the brain?

Have u ever had an injury from a fall or a MVA?
