Attacks in head

Hi, I would really like some insight on m problem.. Since I had my son wo is now 17mths old I have had these turns that scare me. I would just be lying there and all of a sudden my eyesight would go all glistening like a kaelidiscope and get like a rapid ticking in my temple.. I dont think I was there when it happened.  Felt like I was gone or dying... My husbad says I was not shaking all anything.
Have suffered migraines before , most of my life but not with these attacks... The next few days I am very light headed and feel so weak...Am on accupril for high blood pressure but bp fine at time of attacks as I check it with a monitor I have.. Maybe a bit lower than usual...
At teh moment my mouth is burning and my lips.. Have pain in my upper back at the. left side...
Confused,. had mri a year ago and all clear...
