I know that Oligoclonal bands are found in 90% of MS patients. Can they be found in any other autoimmune disorders? I am specifically interested if they could be caused by Crohn's disease.

Although Oligoclonal bands are certainly NOT specific for MS and can be found in other neurological conditions that produce antibodies within the CSF such as encephalitis and neurosyphillis, I could not find anything in the medical literature regarding Crohn;s disease (a GI disorder) and oligoclonal bands. That's not to say it doesn't, just that there is no report of such an occurrence.
