B12 Deficiency/Pernicious anemia

Have received the above diagnosis from my doctor and am due to see a neurologist next week. Started off in Oct.06 with chronic diarrhea and fatigue(have fibromyalgiax20 years and osteoarthritis). Then agitation and pain in both feet that was driving me crazy-hated to even wear socks or shoes. Pain spread to my back - doc thought I had shingles - waited a week and no breakout so went back. Blood tests showed B12 deficiency and he diagnosed pernicious anemia. Have been taking B12 shots, first monthly, then once a week x 4 weeks cause fatigue increased, then once a month then to once a week again and am now back at once a month. Blood tests show B12 in normal range (his partner said they like to see B12 higher than normal-mine does not) but pain is still there so he is sending me to the neurologist because of (cross-over) pain. I have had 2 attacks where I thought I had the flu and each time missed a week of work - had diarrhea, no appetite and major burning pain. What is "cross-over" pain? I am worried about MS, polyneuritis among other things. With the fibromyalgia symptoms and this as well, I have memory problems, sleep problems, etc. Any thing you could offer would be helpful.  Thanks in advance.

hi, cross over pain is due to nerve compression.I think doctor want to rule out possibility of some spinal disoreder causing nerve compression hence he is asking for Neurologist opinion.
