B12 Injection side effect

Hi, I've recently had a seizure(3 months ago), was put on trileptal but had bad side effects on it so the doctor decide I should come off and another drug. I've been having heavy withdrawal symptoms from the trileptal for whatever reason which include headaches, brain vertigo, blurry vision, tiredness.

In any case, it's been two weeks since I've gone off the meds. On a visit with my Naturopath this week, he suggested we try a B12 injection because a lot of the symptoms I have(joint pain, weakness, tingling in the hands) may indicate a b12 deficiency. In his office I was given a b-complex injection as well as a b-12 injection. I felt better for the first day but yesterday and today, I've started to get muscle twitches in my arms and legs and neck and a little bit above my eye. There's aren't terrible but worrisome and seem to accompany general weakness in the arms and legs as well. I'm wondering if the B-12 could be the suspect here? I've called him and talked to him and he noted that it's possible that neurological problems can manifest themselves with a b-12 injection. I've also done some research online and it seems like there have been certain instances where tremors/jerks appear for a few days after a b12 injection in individuals with b12 deficiency as it's the first time these areas get a substantial b12 boost and start to be more active.

My question is - has anyone experience something like this, is a worsening of neurological problems(even problems that never existed before) common upon beginning B12 therapy or should I stop? He suggested stopping for a while and supplementing with Magnesium and then trying B12 again but I'm wondering if this is a sign of B12 not being right for my body or has anyone gotten symptoms like this at first that disappeared later?
