B12 and fatigue

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia over 13 years ago.  Fatigue has always been my biggest complaint.  I have done the sleep study both overnight and the following day.  I had no sleep apnea, I didn't get into the REM stage of sleep, had slight restless leg, and during the day study I fell asleep everytime in under 5 minutes.  The conclusion was to increase my Dexedrine to keep me awake.  I later had a blood test done years later and found that my B12 level was <74.  I was started on B12 injections and it increased to just over 300, when reduced to monthly injections it immediately dropped to 117.  I have had weakness in muscles to the point that it feels like I can't move them, however I also seem to have circulation problems as my feet have turned purple when left down dangling.  I am waiting to see a Cardiologist and Neurologist and have an appt for an MRI, the family doctor is thinking possibly MS.  Could all of this just be related to B12, I am still so tired all the time.
