BIH, PITUITARY NODULE,AND THYROID, = CRONIC(chronic) PAIN

INTERCAIAL HYPERTENSION, IHAVE TO HAVE SURGERY FOR,FIRST MORE BLOODWORK,ENTIRE
ENDO WORKUP,THYROID REPLACEMENT,HAVENT STARTED MEDS YET.THAT PITIUTARY NODULE
WAS FOUND IN APRIL ALONG WITH ( BIH ) ...  DOES ANY ONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE
PIT. NODULE ?  I KNOW IT HAS A DEFORMED SELLA,IT COULD BE WHERE MY PAIN IS COMING FROM,
ALONG WITH THE BIH,I ALSO KNOW THE THYROID CAN REALLY MESS WITH YOUR BODY. I HAVE ALOT OF HYPO SX,I TAKE LYRICA,ACETAZOLAMIDE,LEXAPRO,AND NORCODICS FOR PAIN,ECT ...
I'M CURIOUS TO KNOW IF ANYONE CAN GIVE ME ANY INPUT ON THIS ONE ?  PLEASE

There are a number of us with pituitary tumors or who have had pituitary surgery.  I plan to notify the moderator on that forum of your post.

If you have not had pituitary testing, I would go see a neuro-endo and get testing.

The type of tumor needs to be determined. You did not give size, as well as you only indicated pain and depression as a symptom - there must be others - as those are quite common.

Low thyroid means the thyroid hormones have been effected - but it could be that other hormones are being impacted as well - GH, ACTH, PRL being the most likely but it could be LH, FSH and ADH too - so get good testing on everything.

I'm not sure of the size,I just know it is a nodule on the pituitary.Yes there are many more SX.The worst is the ongoing pains in my head.When i say pain it's throughout
the intire body,weakness,Fatigue is horrible puts me down for days sometimes.The type of pain in my forarms with the wekness there,feels like I have ZERO energy and can bearly move.Just Friday of last week I saw a new DR that works with my Neuro,and eye doc.The eye Doc wants the GP to do alot of bloodwork for my Endo systom,and
wants to,  retakes on the MRI as well as checking the Adrenal gland to start.
