BRAIN MRI REPORT OPINION

Hello Dr !
I had my my first head mri done on 11-01-2007
but symptoms were still persist i finally had my 2nd head mri done this week
Can you please give me your opinion as for this results :
EXAM - MRI HEAD

MULTIPLANAR, MULTISEQUENCE IMAGES OF THE HEAD WERE DONE.
THE IMAGES WERE COMPARED WITH THE PRIOR MRI EXAMINATION OF HEAD DONE ON 11-01-2007.
GRAY AND WHITE MATTER DIFFERENTIATION IS SEEN WITHOUT SIGNIFICANT ABNORMALITIES.
DILATED PERIVASCULAR SPACES ARE SEEN IN THE POSTERIOR PARIETAL CEREBRAL HEMISPHERES BILATERALLY.
THESE WERE ALSO SEEN ON THE PRIOR EXAMINATION OF 11-01-2007 AND SHOW ON APPRECIBLE INTERVAL CHANGE.
NO EVIDENCE OF DEMYELINATING  DISEASE.
THE BRAIN STEM AND POSTERIOR FOSSA STRUCTURES SHOW NO PATHOLOGY.
NO EVIDENCE OF INTRACRANIAL HEMORRHAGE, INFARCTS OR MASS LESIONS.

IMPRESSION:
NO EVIDENCE OF INTRACRANIAL HEMORRHAGE, INFARCTS OR MASS LESIONS.
DILATED PERIVASCULAR SPACES ARE SEEN IN BOTH CEREBRAL HEMISPHERES.
NO APPRECIABLE INTERVAL CHANGE IS SEEN SINCE THE PRIOR EXAMINATION OF 11-01-2007.

My symptoms are still persist, terrible deizens sometimes with headache,  feeling left eye twitching often (but not losing vision or double vision) , ears pressures on and off and pressures behind the ears as well ,
A strange felling of numbness of my left or right side of my face (not at the same time) and its radiating to my neck on and off as well.
i dont know what to think or do now?
i'm worried as for : DILATED PERIVASCULAR SPACES ARE SEEN IN THE POSTERIOR PARIETAL CEREBRAL HEMISPHERES BILATERALLY
does it mean anything?
how's the report?
thanks for your help.

Thanks for your fast response to me,
I am experiencing these symptoms on and off since june 2007
it's now worst then before (its seems to be worst in the summer and better but still painful in winter).
i went to 3 different Neurologist before and they all say that there was nothing to be worried as for the MRI report (strange?)
one of them think its a virus attack.
however, i'm still in pain and not felling normal like before.
is mild brain injury can cause a risk of life?
is it possible to be born with dilated perivascular spaces?
is it possible for someone healty with no symptoms at all to have dilated perivascular spaces as well?
do i need to worried as for the MRI report and try another MRI in the future?
thanks again.

Hi,

Since when have you been experiencing these symptoms?
Your MRI report is normal in all respects except the dilated perivascular spaces. One of the causes of dilated perivascular spaces in brain is mild brain injury. Please discuss these findings with your neurologist.
