BURNING INSIDE HEAD AND EAR

Hi, Im new to using forums but feel like its the last avenue i have.

I have been experiencing constant head and ear burning for one year. The burning lasts all day and happens at no particular time it  feels like my brain and inside my ears is on fire. I have headaches that last all day as well the pain or discomfort is all over the place.

I have been to a nuerologist have had blood tests, cat scan, mri with contrast, lumbar puncture all came back o.k.
(I do have some sort of a spot in the front left lobe in my brain or something like that but they said it was probably due to a previous trauma and nothing to worry about and had that there 3 years ago as well)

I was hospitalized for two weeks where i was treated for a post viral headache infection which is what my nuero thought it was but it still continues,(so it obviously was not that) there have been a few weeks probably 2 where i have been fine in the last year.

The nuero has said that it might be psychological i have seen a phychiatrist, been hypnotised meditating and nothing works. The psycologist told me its not psycological however we have worked together on trying to manage the pain nothing works.
I also see a naturopath who has put me on herb medication however it does not help.

I have no idea what to do and feel like im going out of my mind... i just keep spending money and no one seems to be able to help me... All medical proffesional say they dont kneo what else they can do. I dont have a stressful job no problems in life just this which has come out of no where.

I have tried Epilim whihc gave me fit like symptoms in the brain, Tegratol also pain killers nothing relieves this pain.

Do i get another mri or ct scan?

If anyone has any ideas on what it could be or what more i could do that would be most appreciated

I saw on the health channel last week about someone with the same issue.  If you have clear drainage coming out of your ear, I would check it out.  The doctor said this is a very rare case and many doctors are not even aware of looking at it. Apparently the patient had the pain and clear drainage. The bone between the brain and ear had been desenagrated by disease or something and part of the brain had started to grow in the ear.  The doctor had stated if the patient had not come in within two weeks, he could have had permanent damage.  Since this is a rare thing, you probably do not have this condition.

Forgot to mention im a 28 year old female not sure if that is of any significance when it comes to helath issues or not.

Is the pain on one side of your head or both? I have something similar on only the right side and my ear pain isn't in my actually ear but more on the outer part. Also my head will burn and itch. Are these the same sympotms?
