First-testosterone mc, why do you need to do squats? Switch exercises to work the butt muscles in another way. Suggestions such as lunges without weight and proper form. Biking uses quads and hamstrings so do those exercises with proper form. Can you affort a forgiving mountain bike made from materials that give and absorb out the jaring movements of the bike. A good excuse to upgrade to a Klien or something like that.
I think that you need to continue the good exercise and healthy activity that makes you happy. But be wise and optimize all your activity to protect your back.
Sincerely,
