Does or can lack of sex cause lower back pain?

No, lack of sex cannot cause lower back pain. However stress and anxiety due to deprivation can cause various symptoms like irritation and aches and pains in various parts of the body.

Dear doctor  I have already done IMR due lower back pain  after car accident and results are :

1- L4-5posterior central Disc anular Tear with shallow central Disc protusion slightly impressing on the thecal sac, No canal stenosis or nerve Root impingement.
2- L5-S1 subtle right foraminal disc annular tear. No disc herniation or nerve Root impingement.

Please I will  appreciate your help if I see an Orthopedic Specialist .
