Baclofen pump/spinal leakage

My mother had a Baclofen pump put in and has had a spinal leak, they did a blood patch and it did not take.  She suffers from RLS the worst case the Doctors have ever seen, (this is why the pump was put in place).  She woke with a pressure headace and she was put in the  hopital,  She is having SEVERE  spasams in her whole body, they tried to do another blood patch, but she is spazing so bad they could not do the patch.  Now what can they do.  What happens if the leak is not healed how long can you go with the spinal fluid leaking.  Please we are at a whits ends.   She is 75 .  Sorry about my spelling I have dislexia and trouble spelling.  Thank  you Debbie
