Basilar Migraines

5 years ago I started having symptoms that included tremors in the right side of my body. These tremors would last for 4 or 5 hours and I would have up to 2 a day (9 hours/day). I have had several MRIs, spinal taps, CT scans, EEGs and everything has come up normal, except during the hyperventilation period of the base EEG where activity shows up in the left temporal lobe. My doctor diagnosed me with basilar migraines. After the inital diagnoses my symptoms have continually changed. I still get tremors under extreme stress, but I also have vertigo (sometimes I have difficulty coming up with words for things). I also experience a sensation that everything in my head is shaking, it almost feels like static inside my head. This only lasts for a couple of seconds, but I am exhausted afterward and can sleep for hours after. Recently I have been passing out and possibly having seizures. Twice I was alone but remember hearing myself moaning. Once I was with a friend and am pretty sure I had a seizure because I guess my eyes were open, but I saw nothing and my whole body was shaking and I lost control of my urinary system. During this I heard white noise as well as the other two times I passed out. Another time I passed out and hit my head, there were several witnesses and some said I had two seizures in the 4 minutes I was knocked out and others said I did not. I have done research on basilar migraines and I don't know if my symptoms really fall into this diagnosis, but I dont know what else it could be. My neurologist is unwilling to consider that it is something else. My symptoms have been flaring up recently and it scares me, but everytime I go into the ER or see a doctor they cant find anything wrong.
