Bell's Palsy Question

I had Bell's Palsy last year and had a fairly quick recovery.  It took me about 3 months total to regain full control over my mouth.  

Over the last weeks I have been noticing my eye is closing (not fully) when I flare my lips out as to spit.

I have been under extreme stress and have been diagnosed with Anxiety.  I am in the process of going through tests to make sure it is just anxiety I am suffering from.

My question is can Bell's Palsy have flare ups a year after first being diagnosed, epically under times of anxiety?  I do not have full blown symptoms, but like I said the eye is closing when I move my lips but no signs of weakness.
