I've had Bell's Palsy since I was 12, I am now 35 and still have it on the left side of my face. You don't get it on both sides of your face. I am a rare case. Bell's palsy usually goes away with time. Mine never did. All your symptoms are normal. Numbness, tingling, some pulling feeling near your mouth, not being able to close your eye completely, eyebrow may not raise as high as the other. The steroid packet should help. I've talked with an acupuncture person and they deal with people with Bell's Palsy. Acupuncture didn't work for me but I tried it 20 years to late. That may be an option for you. They say it helped people that started the acupuncture soon after being diagnosed . Good Luck! Any questions feel free to ask.
