Bell's palsy

I had Bell's palsy(right side) when I was pregnant a few years back. Its not fully cured. I get headache at the right side, My right cheek pains while watching TV etc. But then recently I have noticed that whenever I switch on laptop I get irritation on the right side of the throat and then coughing starts. I also notice that I get chocked on food easily at the right side. Is it just coincidence or Bell's palsy really causes all these side effects. Infact when I am posting this I am having difficulty breathing at the right side.
