Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo aka BPPV-Dizzy?-Off Balance?-Lost Equilibrium? Me too.

I have been diagnosed with BPPV. The treatment prescribed is done by an ENT balance physical therapist. The treatment is called the Epley maneuver. It is to move microscopic crystals from one location in the inner ear to another part of the inner ear. The crystals are eventually absorbed and no longer cause a problem according to the Phd and PT. You can do the Epley maneuver at home`` with someone present`` to keep you safe because the procedure can cause the worst of bespins for seconds before it gets back to normal. It may take several times to cure if BPPV is your issue too. Good Luck. You can find instructions on the internet.
