Bilateral arm heaviness

I have seen a lot of similar questions on here and decided to add my own. I have been experiencing on and off for the last 4 years episodes of arm heaviness. It begins with a warmth and what I call body rush in my chest with slight pressure. The body rush sensation travels up to my shoulders and then to my arms where my arms get heavy and weak and I just have to let them hang there till it's over. Each episode last for only a matter of 30 seconds or so and than I am fine. They are not scary and actually are not unpleasant at all. Although, I would have to say the body rush is almost like a sensation of dread which I assume is like some sort of adrenalin. But I feel no dread psychologically. Anyway, the first time it occurred I was at work. When along with the arm heaviness I had no function in my right hand. One of the nurses took my vitals which were all stable except for a mild rise in B/P and pulse. Which of course would occur just from the strangeness of the episode. Over the next 4 years it would happen periodically sometimes 3 times a week than nothing for months. The last time it happened was about 2 months ago. I happened to be texting at the time and instead of stopping and letting my arms hang I made the effort to continue texting to see what would happen. My right hand was spasmodic and was unable to text. My primary wants me to go to the neurologist again.  I previously have had MRI and MRA with both being normal. I will be seeing a new neurologist this month and hope for some answers. So that's it. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. The only other thing I have to add is that I have been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Spinal Stenosis, Sciatica, some arthritis in my cervical spine.
