Birth Asphyxia

I am sending you detailed report of my baby.
CT Scan Report – Mild Edema
MRI Report:-There are bilateral high signal intensity lesions in basal ganglion, thalami, midbrain and temporal lobe tips suggestive of hypoxic changes. In the capsuloganglionic region focal central low signal in all sequences may represent haemorrhagic focus or calcification.
- Normal supra and infratentorial ventricular system, basal cisterns and cortical sulci.
- The brain stem and foramen magnum region and upper cervical spinal cord are unremarkable.
- No abnormality detected in the orbits sellar/parasellar regions, paranasal mastoid sinuses.
- No space occupying lesions identified.
- No midline shift or significant mass effect.
- No significant signal alteration of white mattter.
- No intra or extra axial collections.
- No gross vascular abnormalities.
Conclusion:- Hypoxic changes (of profound hypotension) in deep grey matter bilaterally with focal areas of bleed.
Due to the secretions the doctors didn't tried to feed by sucking. Once the secretions stops they wil try for suck. Now very less secretions and is not frequent. Yesterday they removed indirect oxygen & she is breathing normally.
Now she is in incubator for the last 20 days.
