Blacked out twice, gray out chronically now

Dear Doctor;
Have posted on this forum before and do appreciate the very helpful responses.
I continue with all my other GI symptoms, and apparent neuro symptoms but things are worsening and my
physicians are just not addressing this quickly enough in my book. I get a faster response from the forum for free.
Brief history:
Male, 40 , diveticulitis, UGI symptoms GERD, weakness, fatigue, mental dulling, twitching, tremor
and graying out, dypsnea on minimal work load. Constant LLQ and RUQ pain.
elevated ammonia again rising never normal <35 UMol/L, 108, 120, 117 UMol/L, random elevations GGT, LDH and Bilirubin 1.9 Max.
all other basic blood work normal. Hep A,B,C negative.
Stress test 1st equivocal, 2nd stress echo negative.
NEW Symptoms:
Blacked out once and hit forhead on book shelf, small laceration.
Blacked out again 1.5 weeks later, hit head on keyboard, no damage.
Graying out vision, both eyes at least amount of work load.
Both quadracepts feel weak chronically now.
Dyspnea worse.
Seem to have trouble playing the guitar, coordination seems worse.
Seem very tired after eating,
Metallic taste in mouth.
What to do.
At this point I feel like I would like the works, EEG, CT of brain, MRI and PET if needed, what tells if brain cells are dieing do to ammonia or other metabolic process?
You may remeber my somewhat general posting regarding metabolic brain issues.
Tired of feeling this way and getting no where fast. I think it may be an HMO thing, who knows.
Sorry for the venting of frustration. I was told before all of my GI symptoms where somatic for months only to have
now 3 acute attacks of diverticulitis with fevers over 101 Deg F. Confirmed by CT.
I am still concerned about the elevated ammonia as well since I seem to be having CNS symptoms that appear to me more global,
nothing focal except maybe the more clumbsy action of the left hand in guitar playing.
Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Best Regards;
Robert Muller
