Bloodwork for Lupus, MS, and ALS

If bloodwork all comes back normal does it mean there is no chance of Lupus, ALS, or MS?  I had a complete bloodwork up and the nurse said it was all normal, 5 days prior though my magneseum was low (pain mngmt doc drew and ran).  Are there specific lows that affiliate themselves with the disorders listed above?
