Where can we find a list for Certified Epileptologists? This subspeciality
info is very hard to locate. We have tried thru here, the ABMS, CMSS, and searched the web, etc. Isn't this speciality listed somewhere by state or something? To date to locate names we have had to go major University Hospital web sites. Thanks for your help.

You are probably having problems because the official designation of Board certified “epileptologist “ does not exist. Epilepsy specialists obtain their certicfication in two ways by obtaining Certification in Clinical Neurophysiology from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology ( this also includes EMG specialists ) and a more specific qualification set by the American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology,
which is related to EEG only. I have not seen internet listing of the menmers but you should be successful if you start with the websites of the relevant oragaizations
