BobbHilton, I need your advice again.

Bob sorry to bother you again but I've started having pain in my right thigh, it feels like it's asleep and it aches all the time.  Could this be related to the cervical disk issues that I have going on?

Usually the crvical disc , if affected the legs, would affect both legs, but making them stiff/clumsy and hard make them do what you want them to do, while a one sided issue is most likely a local nerve compression (But theuretically we always  have to point at the entire neuro axis and say it may, though very rarely, be caused by a higher cord  compression like the cervical spine)
What you have , if its in the front+out side of the thigh, most likely a  "Meralgia parasthetica" a compression of the LATERAL CATNEOUS NERVE OF THE THIGH (which is easy to rule in or out by a physical examination) , and if its on the back side , then its a compression of the  POSTERIOR CAT NERVE OF THE THIGH, otherwise it could be a root compression and need an MRI of your lumbosacral  spine .... a physical exam is crucial to localize it accurately

    God bless
