Body Vibration, Numbness, Tingling, Muscle Spasms

Hi, I'm new.

My symptoms include:  Muscel spasms, muscle stiffness (left hand, left quad), partial numbness/tingling (left face, left pinky and ring finger, left foot).  Cold sensation in both legs below knee.  Burning sensation under skin in some places.  And just a couple of days ago I got a disturbing new symptom; Body Vibrations.  All the symptoms except for body vibrations are not constant.

The Body Vibrations feel as though they are originating from the inside.  They are quite fast relative to my HR.  They are constant.  I feel them most when I lay or sit down.  I can also feel them if I stand still for a couple of seconds.

A Little Med History:

I had a TICK attached to me back in 06/2010.  It was attached for 3 hours tops but I know I didn't remove it properly because I paniced as soon as I saw it.   I didn't know of the symptoms of Lyme around the time.  I started having chest pains.  Went to the MD around 08/01/2010.  They took my BP (150/90) at the time.  I didn't think to mention the TICK bite because I didn't know much about Lyme and I also didn't get the signature RASH.  They put me on HYDROCHLOROTHYAZIDE for the BP and attributed the chest pain to ACID REFLUX and prescribed an antacid.

So after researching my symptoms online, I found to my horror, that all of them fall under Lyme, MS, and other neurological disorders.  So I asked my MD to test me for Lyme, but she attributed the symptoms I was having to HCTZ.  Some of the symptoms I have do fall under the side effects of HCTZ.  I insitsted the Lyme test anyway.  She did the Lyme test and also did an electrolyte test.  They both came back normal.   I took the HCTZ for about 20 days and have been off of it for 2 weeks.  The symptoms are still here.  So if its not LYME or an ELECROLYTE imbalance, its something much worse.

Questions:

1. Can Lyme be transmitted under 3 hours of  TICK attachment if TICK is removed improperly.  (I swiped it off with my hand.)  I searched for mouth parts, and applied alcohol to the bite area.

2. Can HCTZ cause lingering side effects like the ones I described above?

3.  How accurate are basic Lyme Disease Test?
