First-testosterone mc time, I have more to clean up. If I don't go back, I itch severely. This has been going on for at least 2 1/2 years. When I am finishing the movement, I don't feel the ability to close my rectum. I don't have a problem with leakage after that initial half hour following the movement.

None of these have been determined to have a cause. Tests that came up negative: MRI of spine and lower abdoman, EMG twice, colonoscopy, upper endoscopy. Currently taking no medication (1 year)
Question: Could lipoma be causing the nuerological muscular disorders by pressing on a nerve (not detected by MRI). Symptoms are bothersome & increasing, but not dehabilitating. What to do?
