Brain Condition

I had a reaction to a dietary supplement between April 15th an 18th 2010. The supplement wasmeant to boost nitric oxide synthase and thereby nitric oxide by 950%. I took the product for three days only to develop ringing in my ear and blurry vision. I stopped taking the product. Than I woke up the 4th day feeling like, the whole left side of my brain was numb not being able to feel any emotions, or sensations at all I could not feel pain or taste food and I was totaly impotent. I saw a brief improvement in my symptoms once I stopped taking the supplement up until August as the numbness on in the left side of my head kept improving and the headaches I had kept spreading from the right side of my brain to the left replacing the numb areas with headaches as they went. Once I had the reaction I was never able to get the sensation of a brian freeze from a cold drink again on the left side of my head. Eventulay though whatever improvements I saw stopped happening and ceratin symptoms worsened the next thing I know the right side of my scalp started going numb as the hadaches on that side faded out. And as the numbness reached the center of my head I developed total insomni. I have had numerous sleep studies which show that now I only sleep when drugged and the sleeping pills keep makinng my condition worse

I began developing poping sensations in my head made worse by sleeping pills in January 2011.  Numbness also spread through my head to my forehead and nose. I have extreme memory problems my eyes no longer water. I have myoclonic jerks and muscle spasms. And the raw areas in my head are unbearable.

I had a SPECT scan in november showing probable damage to my tmeporal lobes and right parietal. My latest MRI's are showing ventriculomegaly not usual for my age. I am getting 40 minutes of unbrocken sleep per night with 100mg benadryl and melatonin. I had 205 arousals in my last sleep study in July the one before that in december showed 64 and 140 minutes of sleep.

My question is are there any neurologists out there interested in my case or that may be able to get me a PET scan
