Brain Cyst

Brain Cyst

Hi,
I am having severe head ache for more than a month now. I also had various other symptoms, like numbness of my right leg and hand, stiffness of my neck.I had a CT scan recently and the doctor said that I have a cyst in my brain, but it is just an incidental finding. He said the cyst is present in the center of the brain and he do not think that is the cause of head ache and said will watch the progress of the head ache.

My head ache is a dull pain through out the day and becomes very severe during evening or night every other day, during which I become very sensitive to light and sound ,nausea and feel stiffness in neck and sometimes the whole head feels numb.During this time, lying in bed, resting my head is very difficult.I feel like that increases some pressure in my head, and even in the ears. But taking a Tylenol extra strength helps a lot to reduce the symptom.

If it is not due to brain cyst, should I be testing for migraine or other causes of head ache? Please advice.

Thanks,
Logicz
