Brain MRA "Mild narrowing of the basilar artery"

I would like to know, how big is the risk? Recently had a MRA performed to me and there are a couple of terms that are unclear. The MRA talks about me having focal region of encephalomalacia at the left superior frontal lobe near midline. A small nonspecific foci of T2 prolongation is identified at the right superior frontal lobe centrum semiovale. and the basilar artery appears diffusely narrowed. I have been spending some time at the hospital, twice for mild CVA (3 already), so I don't know. please help.

This is probably a stupid question. What is CVA?

I hope that you get to feeling better.
