Brain MRI and migraine headaches with memory loss

Hi,
  I am a 30 yr old female with recent complaints of memory loss (like not knowing which button is the disposal), horrible headaches (but i continue with my everyday life) and foggy thinking.  I had a brain MRI done with contrast and this is the result...
  There are a few white matter T2 hyperintensities.  There is no evidence of acute ischemia.  There are a few white matter T2 hyperintensities including a defined focus in the left frontal deep white matter measuring approximately 5 mm in size.  A smaller focus is seen in the right frontal deep white matter measuring approximately 3mm in size.  A punctate focus in the left superior frontal gyrus is also seen.  Another punctate focus in the right deep frontal white matter is also seen.  A puntate focus is also seen in the left parietal white matter.  The location and appearance of these T2/FLAIR hyperintensities is nonspecific.  There is no associated pathologic enhancement.  No extra-axial fluid collection is seen.
  If you could tell me what this means that would be great.  I am a RN so I have a medical background, my neurologist is out of town for two weeks, and I'm nervous.  I am hoping this is just the migraines.  I have not had seizures, from what I am aware of..nothing obvious.  Please help me!
