Brain MRI result ....(contd)

Thank you for your response, Esteban Cheng-Ching, MD.  Further to your answer to my inquiry, i want to send you the MRI and I will attach it as a photo in a zip file "Brain MRI - Liyu".  The thing is I live in Ethiopia and my daughter's pediatric told me that there is nothing we can do for her at this stage in the country.  They told me that we would have to wait and see her progress and that some part of her motor skill developments will be affected but it is hard to say to what extent.  But the possibility of getting other treatment outside Ethiopia exists and that is why I need your help.  I would appreciate it if you could examine the MRI and perhaps make a diagnosis or just simply advise me on what to do because I am really really confused.
