Hi.  Answering your question on the little amount of information provided would just be a wild guess.  Interpreting the results of an MRI is difficult at best.

Your doctor will take into consideration your signs and symptoms.  

A brain mass will generally be described as a mass, or that the "lesions" have a mass appearance.

What led you to have an MRI?

seizure in bed while asleep - never had a seizure before - didn't awaken when it occurred.  Big bitten tongue.
