Brain Tumor? I'm worried...

Alright guys.   Before all this started happening, I was healthy, stable, working out, but I have to admit I was dehydrated constantly.  I had a weird tingling sensation on left side of my skull/head wich felt like a mosquito was sucking blood out of it. It was kinda tickly and I ignored it pretty well..... but I don't think thats the big deal

ok here we go,  I was relaxing on my bed around 2:00am and I was on my phone internet looking for a new television series. I was super relaxed :). then all of a sudden I felt weird like I was going to black out! so I stood up freaking out and went down stairs (my room is upstairs) when I stood up I almost blacked out and seen black dots all around my vision. I felt light headed and then I started panicking.  I thought it was just me so I took a drink of cold water and took a shower, knowing showers calm people down :)  I also breathed through a small plastic bag thinking it would help the weird feeling.

I was still feeling light headed, I noticed blood in the water and I thought it was the acne on my face being scrubbed off but it was a good amount of blood. so I looked in the bathroom mirror and I noticed a blood stream coming down my right nose/nostril.  wich did make me a little more worried but I managed to stay calm.

I told my mom, went to the hospital. they took very long and I felt better so we went on ahead and left.  I still felt kinda foggy but I was calm. I also fell asleep really early like at 6:pm and woke up at 3:am, feeling fine but a little different, nothing to get worried over.

next day or two we was in the car to pick up my auntie. I got a MAJOR panic attack, the whole thing. tingling body, confused, feeling of dying or going crazy, I was panicking really heavy.  but when I got to the hospital and they checked my blood pressure I started calming down in the ER waiting room.  ever since then I feel off. and not like my self. and they prescribed "Diazepam 5mg" I did not like the side effects and stopped talking it a couple of days ago. my dreams were more strong, I thought I was going crazy lying in my bed seeing black spots in the corner of my eyes.

I'm not hearing things, but I sure got more frightend hearing certain random noises. I'm not really paranoid...but I am Paranoid about my mind and body.  lately I have been getting weird pressure feelings in my head, muscle twitches, two days ago I was talking and my speech got slurred due to the twitching.  my thumb/hands twich sometimes. or is it a spasm?  can't tell... I also had one major head ache the other day. face tingliness around the lips usually. some heart palpitations, freaky/worried thoughts/

sometimes I even question the way I'm thinking, I even question reality.  wich freaks me out when I do. but I don't know whats causing all of this. I'm hesitant to mention Anxiety because people say "it's just in your head, you need to learn how to relax"   I also have a weird light weight body kinda feeling -almost- like im floating while typing this.

I also play alot of video games and rarely get out the apartment. I want to get a MRI so bad but I would love advice, so please help me.  at times I can feel slightly confused.  is this a vitamin problem maybe? I don't know anything about this kinda stuff.

no my nose isn't constantly bleeding, the only time it bleed was during when I felt light headed, like during the attack sort of.

I don't know if it's high blood pressure, low blood pressure, nerve damage, brain tumor, anxiety/panic disorder

they diddn't run the MRI on me but they did take my blood and thyroid test. thats about all though

What tests did the ER run? Did they do a CT or MRI of your head? It's quite possible that you began having a bloody nose and that made you feel light-headed (sudden loss of blood). Now, anytime you feel symptoms even close to what you felt that night you have a panic attack of sorts. But if the bloody nose came after the initial weird feelings--and you've never had those feelings before--I would ask for copies of all of your ER records and see if you can get a neurology consult, especially if you have frequent bloody noses.

Seeing spots in your vision is usually benign and nothing to be concerned about. It could be indicating you have a migraine on the way, or you're experiencing cluster headaches.

If you don't have frequent bloody noses or odd neurological symptoms that can't be attributed to panicking, it's likely not something you need to worry about.

yeah that's true, but I am worried about the Benzo/valium/Diazepam side effects.

just now I had a major muscle twich/spasm in my hands/arms. and they raised while I was typing like crazy. it lasted like 2 seconds.   i'm still wondering if this is any kind of body defect or vitamin deficiency.

thanks for your post :) any one else reading this please offer me advice because I'm really worried.  thanks!

I haven't had any actuall Anxiety/panic attacks anymore but I have still been experiencing oddness and sometimes I feel like freaking out like im going crazy but I manage to calm down regardless... :)

but I want to get rid of this horrible constant feeling for ever! :D

You should schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist and discuss what you wrote about here with him/her.  Your symptoms sound like anxiety disorder but they can be something else.  I assume the ER tested your thryroid, blood sugar levels, etc.. if not then you should go to your primary care doctor and get a good physical with complete blood workup.
Anxiety disorder isn't the same as the anxiety everyone experiences in their lives at one time or other.  It's far more severe and can impact your life significantly.  Don't put off getting treatment for it.  Take care.
