I just saw your message. Have you seen a Neurononcologist yet?Do you know what type of brain tumor grade you have and where it is located? My brother in law had a grade IV glioblastoma multiforme. But, there are low grade tumors as well. Have you had surgery? Where do you live? I can suggest more things if I know what area you live in and so forth.
Another suggestion is that  I belong to a great community at ***@**** where everyone has a brain tumor or their families are dealing with it. They have been very helpful. If you are in the U.S. and haven't had surgery yet and it is high grade (III or IV) I would recommend a clincial trial called DC VAX brain at UCLA in Los Angeles. Also, Sweden was working on this vaccine. You have to do the surgery at the same time as they prepare the vaccine. There are other treatments to shrink the tumor as well. I recommend walking to stay in shape and anti oxidants like berries etc, unless you are undergoing radiation treatment. Try to do the things you like but probalby don't drive. You could have a seizure at some point and hurt yourself and someone else. Take a bus, cab etc. and go out and do fun things when you feel good enough. Zofran is a very good anti-nausea drug but is very expensive  if you don't have insurance.
Let me know if I can help.

Hi, Thank you very much for your question; although it is quite difficult for me to give you a precise opinion here without being able to examine you & seeing your MRI reports, but I would try to provide you some relevant information about your health concern.
A classic brain tumor headache can be characterized by early morning pain, dull and aching, nausea, vomiting, and headache can wake you up in night. Additionally, this tumor may be accompanied by neurological signs & symptoms such as seizures, personality disorder or weakness. Another possibility in your case could be a brain stroke and this occurs when the blood supply to the brain is disturbed due to a clot and person may experience severe headache, confusion, loss of vision & facial muscles weakness. Although the stroke probability in your case is less, I would recommend you to see a neurologist who can evaluate the details of your case and could better determine the insight of your situation. If your neurologist identifies any “red flags” he or she would like to refer you to a neurosurgeon much sooner. Hope this helps.
