I suppose you could go visit the monks in the Tibetan regions of the high Himalayas and they'll show you how.  Then there's the Breatharians down in the Caribbean, somewhere within the Leeward Islands, they soak in tidal pools.  Or you could simply quit dropping acid and I imagine you'll feel completely normal again in a day or two.  But the general rule of thumb is, if you locate a mule eating hay near a barn out in the country somewheres, let him kick you in the head, and you'll get very good results on all your numbered points without fail.
