Brain cyst

I am 29 years old and never had a headache in my life. Just recently I was experiencing severe headaches and vision problems. My eye doctor and family doctor suggested that I had migraines. I was then sent to a neurologist. He had sent me for an MRI. The results were back yesterday. I was told I have a cyst on my brain and spots in the white matter. I am being sent for another MRI and blood work. What does all of this mean?? How do you treat a brain cyst and spots? What causes them? Why more tests? What are the spots?

Your neurologist should be advising you on all this. How did they come to the cyst conclusion ? JUst from one MRI scan? It depends i would think on the type of cyst, size, location, and i would think symptoms. Take care , and don;t be afraid to ask dr,
