Brain lesions

Hello,
Last week I was hospitalized for left arm weakness at which time I had an MRI that showed focal abnormal T2 signal within the right temporal lobe and right parietal lobe also some mass effect on the right ventricle with encroachment into the right thalamus. The MRI was most suggestive of a multifocal glioma. I had an MRI spectroscopy the next day which did not show a markedly elevated choline to creatinine and if anything a decreased naa to creatinine. These findings were suggestive of a process such as cortical dysplasia as opposed to a tumor. I am 41 years old and from what I have read about cortical dysplasia I do not agree with this. I have never experienced seizures and did not have developmental delay. With this information, what other conditions could this possibly be?
