Brain spect, what does this mean?

Hi, I've had an atypical headache for 1 year and 2 months+ I won't even try to describe the pain, because its too hard. It moves around, and my mind is involved. This headache was caused by a bad drug interaction of 2 different Anti-depressants.

Anyways about 4-5 months ago I had a Brain Spect Scan done. (I've already had EEG, CT, MRI- which all came back normal) but this scan came back with interesting results. I just never got a clear answer as to what it means.

"The patient recieved an intravenous injection cf Tc-99m Neurolite and images of cerebral perfusion were obtained while the patient was resting with the eyes closed.

Images of cerebral perfusion showed normal uptake in the cerebellum and basal ganglia, but there was reduced perfusion noted to the prefrontal cortex and marked reduction in perfusion to the right temporal lobe.

OPINION:

Images of cerebral perfusion showed reduced uptake in both prefrontal lobes and reduced perfusion to the right temporal lobe. This pattern has been described in depression by the Amen Clinic often associated with symptoms of sadness, irritablility, rage (toward orthers or self in suicidal behavior), mild paranoia, atypical pain (atypical headaches or abdominal pain) and insomnia. This subtype is often made significantly worse by serotonergic medications, and is often helped by anticonvulsants, such as gabapentin or divalproate.

*the pictures showed large white spots in the front of the brain image*

I've been on the Divalproate for about 2 months (up to 750mg) , but I just got off of it recently, in addition i've been on Gabapentin as well for about a month and a half (now on 600mg x3 a day) I plan on getting off this medication sooner or later as well because they arn't working. I have also been on Resperidone and Clonazepam for several months before the scan.

Is it possible that I damaged some neurotransmitters? could Respiridone be an antagonist?
All I know is that this pain is very abnormal, and it won't go away.
