Brain swelling?

When I lay back on my recliner and doze off I notice that my head (brain?) makes a noise as if it is swollen or lacking blood and I can hear pressure through both of my ears.  When this happens I feel like I am falling almost into a coma and have to fight to wake up.  I am 30 years old and am a healthy non-smoker.

I am concerned that I have brain damage. I am unaware of any trauma. Or can this just be to blood pressure changes?

Is this normal?

Thank you for your answer(s)

Hello.

These could be symptoms of Meniere's disease. Please consult an ENT surgeon and rule out the possibility.
