Brain tumor ?

Since 1 year and half, i'm having some problem with myself. I know i am a stressed person, i always have been like this. But the my point is that i never had problem living this way before.

Here are my concerns :

- I have eyes disorders, it's hard for me to keep focusing something, it's like a convergence and it's really annoying.Need to move my head sometime to get rid of this and be back to normal.
- Since 1 month, when i wake up, i want to vomit, i have headache, always the same part of my brain. When i have my eyes problems, it will trigger my headache more seriously.
- I also have diarrhea since a while.
- I feel like not being part of this world when i look around, touch things ...

I did a MRI with contrast for MS 2 years ago, and no problem was found.

Is MRI for MS, will be the same to detect brain tumor ?

I don't know what to do, it's getting worst and worst for me!

Is it possible that all my symptoms can be related to stress ?!

I will be really grateful for some help.

What all did the neurologist do for you? I would see about going back to him/her if its been a year especially if your symptoms are worsening. I am not sure if your pain in the top of your head is due to cracking your neck. I wouldn't think so, but then again I am not a doctor :)
Is the tingling in your left leg a new symptom? Again, I believe you should make an appointment with the neurologist. He/she may need to do a repeat MRI.

I've seen a neurologist 1 year ago, he told it was stress but all my symptoms got worst.i forgot to mention that time to time i will have pain, tingling in my left leg, never the right ... My headache always located on the left side at the top of the head. Can it be related to my neck, before i always cracked my neck, but i stopped since 1 month, but still have pain.

I see. Have you been to a Neurologist? I have had similar issues as you in the respect of the headaches, eye problems, severe nausea, and bowel problems. I was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation, diverticulosis, and a pituitary gland tumor in the anterior lobe. I don't know if stress can cause your symptoms but I think it can definitely intensify them. Where are your headaches located? Mine are generally in the very back of my head and neck. Sometimes they spread behind my eyes and into my temples. Doctors thought it was d/t migraines, but it wasn't. I know people who have Chiari Malformation are misdiagnosed all the time because of lack of knowledge. How is your gait? Are you having a hard time walking? Do you get tingling of your limbs? If you haven't seen a Neurologist and you have a primary care physician, I would definitely bring these concerns up to him/her. Chances are they will refer you to see a neurologist. I hope you find some answers very soon!!!!

Do you have epilepsy? From the description of the brief seizures you are experiencing sound like epilepsy. I have known a few people with the same condition, and it looked like they were just spacing off when they were really having a seizure. Are you on any medication?
